A Woman's Heart Should be so Lost in God.
"She is more precious than rubies; nothing you desire can compare with her."
-(Proverbs 3:15)
If there is anything God has been teaching me in this season, it's learning to be firmly rooted in Christ. Nothing can come against that. Because you know who you are. God continues to bring clarity in my walk with Him, but also that I am worthy of pursuing and worthy of great love. Every set back is a place to bring you closer to where you need to be. I've matured enough to know when to let go and move on before things get to a place you can't go back from. When to sense when something feels off, and to listen to your intuition. It's not easy, and its hard because nothing ever seems to happen the way we want it to.
Being a woman of God means you are set apart. You are what they call, top shelf. You are worthy of praise, but also worthy of someone who is worthy of you. It's taken a lot of heartache and pain to know that you can't settle for anything less. You are someone who has more then enough for what any man would want, but yet feel not enough. You feel compelled to compare yourself to other girls only wanting what they have because those guys given them the attention. You feel not enough. But a man who knows the Lord would ask God about her and pursue her. He would have the confidence in himself to chase after her.
Your past is in fact directly linked to how your current relationships are. Because of my past, it leaves me in a place of being the one to pursue and not feeling good enough because I never got that. So it places you in a place to want to be in control. And that's hard when you have not been pursued in return.

Even though God is always looking out for what is best for us, our relationships are only as healthy as we are. Guys are too often okay with what is convenient, it does not mean it's what's best for you. Not being open to new relationships is only hindering you from meeting the right one. Step out in faith and face your fears.
I've become stronger, and even though each set back hurts a bit, I'm not going to allow someone who doesn't know what they want take up so much space. I'm worth too much for that. It's okay to wait, do not settle.
